SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
We process and prepare all orders for shipment within 3–5 business days of receiving payment.
DOMESTIC ORDERS

Carriers: Orders ship from CALIFORNIA via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping Promotions: During any free shipping promotions, orders will be sent via standard USPS shipping, regardless of any priority or express options selected at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive in 10–12 business days.

Carriers: We ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Shipping Costs: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items.

Duties & Taxes: The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to estimate or pre-pay these charges.
MANAGING YOUR DELIVERY

Tracking: You can check the status of your order anytime in the "My Orders" section of your account or by using the tracking number directly on the courier's website. We recommend checking for updates often.

Address Changes: If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only guarantee a correction if the parcel has not yet left our workshop. We cannot intercept or redirect packages once they have been shipped.

Signature Requirements: For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Note on Delivery: Customers are responsible for managing and receiving their shipments. If you instruct the courier to leave the package without a signature (e.g., "at the porch"), we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

Failed Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was attempted but the package was not picked up from the post office or a re-delivery was not scheduled, it will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
QUICK ORDER MODIFICATION
We know those last-minute additions happen! To add an item to your order, you must contact us before it enters the packing or shipping phase.
