Shipping & Order Flow

At A River, each piece begins its journey from our home. We take 3–5 business days to thoughtfully prepare and pack your order with care.

For Domestic Orders (U.S.):
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size. Orders are sent via USPS or UPS, and during free shipping offers, we default to standard USPS shipping—even if another method is selected.

For International Orders:
We ship worldwide, with deliveries arriving in 10–12 business days through DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping is calculated based on your order’s weight and size. Please note, customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
