Our community is built on a shared passion for slow fashion and sustainable design. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity through our home linens and accessories (tote bags, scrunchies, bandanas) featuring prints designed to start conversations. We're committed to sharing our craft through beautiful partnerships with concept stores and boutiques as we grow.

WHERE AND HOW WE CREATE 

Our commitment to ethical production is central to everything we do. Our team is based in Jaipur, India, where we partner directly with skilled block printers, weavers, and stitching units. This direct partnership ensures every piece in our collection is both sustainable and beautiful.

THE ARTISAN PROCESS

We honor traditional methods. We source our materials from India's best artisans, who meticulously create handwoven textiles on traditional looms. Our unique prints are then applied using the ancient art of hand block printing.

PRIORITIZING SUSTAINABILITY PROCESS

We prioritize both people and the planet. We produce our collections in small quantities to prevent dead stock and unnecessary waste. If an item you love is sold out or you need a larger quantity, we are happy to reproduce it specifically for you as a custom order.

We love collaborating with like-minded boutiques and concept stores who share our commitment to slow fashion.

WHOLESALE DETAILS 
  • Bulk Order Minimum: We classify any order of 30 pieces or more as a bulk order.

  • Customization: We happily accommodate custom orders! We can discuss modifications to suit your needs, such as specific measurements or alternate fabric selections.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: Yes! If you love a design that is out of stock, we can often reproduce it for your bulk order.

  • Domestic & International: We are pleased to cater to both domestic (US) and international bulk orders.

  • Samples: Yes, we can send you fabric or product samples for review. Please contact us for details on pricing and availability.

  • Returns Policy: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of wholesale production, we do not accept returns on bulk orders.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
  • Discounts: Yes, all bulk orders qualify for discounts calculated based on the quantity ordered.

  • Payment Method: Due to the size of bulk transactions, we currently only accept payment via bank transfers.

  • Transaction Fees: We do not charge any bank or payment fees for bulk orders. (Note: Your bank may charge fees—please consult them directly).

REQUESTING A WHOLESALE QUOTE

Please email us at collaborate.ariver@gmail.com with the details of your request. To help us prepare an accurate quote, kindly include:

  • The specific designs you are interested in (including the URL, if applicable).

  • The required fabric type, color-way, and quantity.

  • The address for shipping.

  • Your estimated date for receiving the order.

  • Information about your store or website and future re-ordering plans.

CONFIRMING AND LEAD TIME
  1. Confirmation: Once we confirm your bulk order details, you will receive a proforma invoice via email detailing the required advance payment.

  2. Production Start: We will begin working on your collection immediately upon receipt of this advance.

  3. Lead Time: Our executive team will provide you with a clear lead time (estimated one to two months, in general), based on the quantity and complexity of your order.

  4. Shipment: The order will be shipped once the final pending payment is completed.
